In all my years of car buying, never has it been as easy as it was this evening. Normally car salesman rank as one my least favorite groups of people, but Chris Duncan, Tonya Walker and Bill Utnick went ou as it was this evening. Normally car salesman rank as one my least favorite groups of people, but Chris Duncan, Tonya Walker and Bill Utnick went out of their way to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision, ensuring that I test drove all of the models in which I expressed an interest and reviewing every available option for financing. I know I took up quite a bit of their time, but each one was patient and thorough, making me feel as if they had all the time in the world to answer my questions. In 2 years, it will be time to purchase a vehicle for my teenager. There is absolutely no question as to where my next car will be purchased! More

Eddie Cooks was patient and showed us a half a dozen cars and even after he realized we probably weren't going to buy the more expensive of the SUV's he still treated us as if we were buying the most expensi and even after he realized we probably weren't going to buy the more expensive of the SUV's he still treated us as if we were buying the most expensive! Bill Utnick was working on our financing and found a probable with our previous loan. Rather than just telling us the deal was off, he not only made the deal go through he was able to keep our monthly payments down but he was able to get us a better interest rate and a better customer service package Eddie and Bill were outstanding and if they are only 2 people representing Anderson's company I hope he has Army of people just like them. More

I visited Fred Anderson Toyota with my husband with the intention of buying a used car. We are expanding our family and need a safe reliable car. Andre came out to the lot very shortly after our arrival and approached us. He was very pleasant and not aggressive at all. He worked with us for a couple of hours to find the "right" car for us. He understood our needs and we test drove three different cars (the last one being the one we purchased). He offered us refreshments and gave us his full attention. Steven came out to check on us twice while we were doing paperwork with Andre. We felt completely at ease during our visit and felt as though we were being taken seriously and treated quite nicely. At no point did we feel as if we were being taken advantage of. Bill took care of our credit approval and all other paperwork and made us feel very comfortable. Buying a car and spending a large amount of money can cause stress and Andre, Bill and Steven all helped to make this a very pleasant experience. I will return for my next purchase and will gladly recommend Andre to anyone in the market for a new car. He was knowledgeable, friendly and assertive and he seems to be a wonderful asset to the Fred Anderson team which is why I gave such a high rating. More

Our salesman, Michael Lopez and sales manager, Don Hesher worked to make us feel that they were deserving of our trust and respect. Part of the reason for this is that they are sincere and honest individuals, and it shows through to the customer. They treat others as they would want to be treated. Also, Bill Utnick was very knowledgeable and straightforward in the handling of the financial paperwork, making it a very pleasant experience. We hope to do business with this team again, and would certainly recommend them to other potential car buyers. More

Eddie Cooks was great to us. Met with us on 2 separate occasions to talk about buying a car. We never felt pressured or rushed, which is something we felt at nearly every other dealership we visited, and we went to many. I have already recommended the dealer and Eddie in particular to a friend who is looking to buy a car for her teenage son. Bill Utnick was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the financing. He helped us out with a free tire hazard program and explained the warranty clearly. He took the time to make sure we understood each step of the process. Overall, I was very impressed with the whole experience! I will definitely keep recommending these guys! More

We had sold our 2007 Highlander unexpectedly and were from scratch trying to decide what in a new car would repl purchase of our 2013 Toyota Prius v. We had sold our 2007 Highlander unexpectedly and were from scratch trying to decide what in a new car would replace the Highlander we loved---better mileage, a downsized vehicle with space to travel, and appearance. David Catoe our salesperson worked with us, with no pressure, and got us to the right car, in a relatively short period of time. With all the features of the Prius that were new to us---hybrid features, back up camera, navigation, blue tooth, etc.---David was a patient instructor, and so we got it all in record time. I definitely am referring folks to Anderson Toyota. More
