Took a test drive to start but had no followup information offered to us about the vehicle. In the process we were left siting alone for long stretches of time and we often did not know why? Went looking for salesman twice because I finally thought we might have been forgotten. We were not told by the salesman about any of the Current Deals or Incentives available to us or our options to get them. As for the salesman part it was a very wham-bam thank you ma'am feeling. Not personal at all. In coming to a price we were very very dissatisfied. We had a trade-in. They kept changing the numbers significantly every time an offer was made. We got the idea quickly this was being done to try and confuse us which to some degree it did. Nothing and I mean nothing was truely explained. More

Unfortunately due to some bad luck we haven't had a chance to use the service department. However with how we were treated with the sales representatives I'm sure we will feel the same way. Eric was very helpful the first time around making sure we were taken care of when he couldn't be at the dealership to meet us the first time around. Justin helped us find our car, and we drove off the lot the same day. This time around we were able to meet with Eric. Despite the fact that he had multiple customers, he made sure we were well taken care of and checked in with us constantly to make sure we were okay. We're grateful for our experience, and not once did we feel like we were being pressured or pushed to make a quick decision. We felt like our thoughts and situation were fully heard, and we are happy with both of our experiences. More
