Staff are not pushy nor are they particularly anxious to be efficient or helpful: I was not called properly when my ordered car came in (and I was excited to get it as soon as possible) or when my paperwork was ready. Half the staff still do not have my proper phone number. I feel I was promised ahead of time availability of cars that were actually not available, nor did the staff know when my lease was up! Staff was helpful and patient in explaining the financial options until I understood them. Staff are easy going but also perhaps slow motion. Don't expect to bargain for special deals, prices seem to be set ironclad from above, so that takes pressure off customers in a certain sense , but also off of sales staff, who do not seem anxious to sell. For me this has been the best local option. More
