A word of advice for Ethan, When I applied for my GM credit card the sales man said we will need the complete credit card number and I looked at my phone and said I can only get the last four digits and credit card the sales man said we will need the complete credit card number and I looked at my phone and said I can only get the last four digits and we will have to call GM for the complete number, The salesman went to Ethan and explained to him that I could only get the last four digits. Ethan comes over to the salesman's desk and said can I see your phone and I replied that we will need to call GM for the complete credit card number. He asked a second time and I stated the same thing. He asked a third time and I handed him my phone in duress. So Ethan does everything on my phone that I already did with my GM card and then went into my e-mail. He crossed the line when he didn't believe me then he goes into my private e-mail account and states we will have yo call GM. That is what I told the salesman and Ethan. The point here is that you need to listen to the customer and take their word at face value, never assume you are smarter than the customer. I think that happens a lot at this dealership More
