Bjorn was an absolutely remarkable salesman. Honestly if it wasn’t for him I would have never thought of purchasing my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend asking for his assistance in purchasing. If you're in the market for a new BMW in Houston, go see Bjorn at Momentum! Earlier that day, another BMW dealer sold the vehicle I planned on purchasing out from under me - I called Momentum and told them Bjorn at Momentum! He made the process so incredibly easy after a long, stressful day. More

I purchased a 2019 RTR mustang Ecoboost from this dealership. I previewed the car within 2 days of them taking it in. So of course after deciding I wanted to purchase the vehicle there were something dealership. I previewed the car within 2 days of them taking it in. So of course after deciding I wanted to purchase the vehicle there were somethings that must be replaced if I was going to buy it. After agreeing verbally and on signed documents I delivered the dealership a check from my credit union. I set the appointment to take the vehicle back in to have the agreed upon parts replaced on the vehicle (tires, front chin spoiler and some other minor things). I took it in which I was told would take no more than two hours ended taking an entire day. My sales rep BJ apologized for the delay and I wasn’t really upset as I’m still heads over hills about my new car. After driving it directly to car wash I noticed that the front chin spoiler is not that of this vehicle. My RTR is a special edition mustang and the dealership replaced it with a regular mustang chin. I reached out to dealership and initially they were really no help. One manager stating they only had to replace it with a factory chin and not the same aftermarket piece. After explaining that the piece is actually a Ford 3rd party which means the dealership added the RTR package prior to selling it to the first owner. I also compared it to a BMW Alpina. This is exactly the same type of process Ford has with RTR. The manager responded but it’s not a $150k BMW. It’s a mustang. After escalating the issue the dealership agreed to fix the problem. Especially since while putting on the standard chin the Machanic cut my engine under guard in order to make the wrong part fit. (Red Flag) the dealership also promised to fix my puddle light. The job should have taken no longer than a week yet it took about 2. The dealership decided to try and put me into a Subaru station wagon while they worked on my car. I just purchased a special edition mustang from them and they tried to put me into a Subaru station wagon. Let’s just say I left the car and decided to Uber until they decided to put me into a Ford Taurus. After picking my vehicle up the final time all was corrected but the puddle light which they stated we never agreed to fix that. I was confused due to my sales rep BJ even told me the Machanic looked at it and identified the housing needed repaired and they had to order part. Now two weeks later everyone is stating that conversation never happened. I sent the GSM a email and also the GM of the dealership a email throughout this process. I also requested to have a meeting with all managers and sales rep and informed them that I could work around their schedule. It has now been about a month ago and haven’t heard back from the dealership at all. I would not recommend this dealership and if you do buy from them be careful. I use to service my BMW with their service department when I was leasing a BMW and the service department was great. Sales department not a good experience. More

This was the easiest car buying experience I have been through. I picked out the car I wanted online, filled out a request showing interested, and was immediately contacted by Bjorn Burke from Momentum BM through.
