Blaine had it warmed up (it’s February!) and ready for us by the time we arrived. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and had the answers to all of our questions. We decided to buy it, and not only did Blaine make the whole buying process painless, he actually made it enjoyable! He got us through the process quickly, and he was personable and witty through it all. It was the easiest vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve been through several!). When I got to the dealership I was dealt with in a timely manner, treated with courtesy and respect. I took a test drive, liked the truck, and we began to talk about a purchase. I felt that I was given a fair price for my trade in, and the purchase was completed efficiently and quickly. Mr. Marston could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, and showed great respect for my time and my needs. Mr. Stowe, who set up the financing was also helpful, respectful and efficient. The best I had a great experience with Yark Chevrolet and the reason for that was Blaine. I called to set up a test drive. I also had my bank pre approve me but he got me a better interest rate. You can tell he cared the minute I meet him. I felt so comfortable I bought the car that night. I live in Anna Ohio so it was a hour and a half drive one way. I wanted to surprise my wife so he told me he would deliver it to her work on Monday. He was a man of his word and my wife was so happy.
