My experience -Bought a used car from them, which was a trade in prior. With temperature fluctuations, I came out of work to see a flat tire. Turns out the valve stem was corroded. This was two weeks after trade in prior. With temperature fluctuations, I came out of work to see a flat tire. Turns out the valve stem was corroded. This was two weeks after the sale. Blake stated that this was not covered under the plan I selected. I said some things I regret. Yet they were gracious enough to replace the Valve stem and tire sensor free of charge. They do value their customers. More
