The car was very well prepped, immaculately clean, and filled before I left the dealership. Blake is also trying to locate the previous owner to acquire the second vehicle key. Blake was very helpful and suggested several ideas and showed different styles and hunted for me the one I wanted. We went on test drives. Polite and NOT pushy, which was good for me. Informative and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about ordering, delivering and pick schedules. He came in on his Paternity leave to deliver my RAV-4 to to me. :) More
