Blake C. - Extremely helpful. Made the process painless. I spotted the car I was interested in on the Pappas Toyota website. I called to verify it was in stock and made an appointment to see it the next aft I spotted the car I was interested in on the Pappas Toyota website. I called to verify it was in stock and made an appointment to see it the next afternoon. Everything about the car was exactly as advertised. Having access to the Car Fax online was a nice touch. Blake was very courteous and didn't push after I test drove the car. I wanted by wife to see it before I made a final decision. Jamie handled the financial paperwork efficiently. The car was very well prepped, immaculately clean, and filled before I left the dealership. Blake is also trying to locate the previous owner to acquire the second vehicle key. This is the second used vehicle we have purchased from Pappas and we will recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Another postive deal This is my 4th vehicle from Pappas Toyota. Starting in 2004. I have been pleased with the dealership and used the service and repair shop. Blake was very helpful and suggested several ideas and showed different styles and hunted for me the one I wanted. We went on test drives. Polite and NOT pushy, which was good for me. Informative and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about ordering, delivering and pick schedules. He came in on his Paternity leave to deliver my RAV-4 to to me. :) More
