Bought a van.
Im out of the state. They took advantage that I couldn't see everything that was wrong with it. All the pictures were strategicly taken. Received it.
Im out of the state. They took advantage that I couldn't see everything that was wrong with it. All the pictures were strategicly taken. Received it. It was missing 2 rear shades. It was stained inside. Some seats had minor tears. Not to mention. The wheel alignment was very off. I sent pictures and receipt of the repairs. All they did was send 500 for everything. Alignment alone was 249. Once contacted it was said the guy who was helping with the sale. Didn't work there anymore.

You purchased a pre-owned conversion van from us on May 24th, 2025, almost a year ago. Since in Texas, you were sent multiple videos and several pictures before you purchased the van. You never came in-store and you handled shipping to your location on your own. You immediately changed all of the wheels and tires, despite an alignment and new tires being put on the van prior to purchase. You then had complaints about a few other things; claiming the rear blinds were missing and that you already bought new ones, that there were a few small tears on non-seating surfaces of the leather buckets and that you planned to replace them instead of patching them, and that there was a water stain which would come out. We have no record of the blinds missing, we would have put them in if they were. The alignment was performed before purchase, but the transport alone could make that off, not to mention putting new tires and wheels on the vehicle would require an alignment as well.
We spoke and you then requested $1,200 on the phone, I conceded and offered you $550, as a one time goodwill gesture and an amount that would have covered all of your concerns if we were to have handled them here. You agreed and we ended the call cordially. In conversation, you also mentioned that you had potential plans to customize the van, perhaps even changing the interior, and that you own a business that customizes vehicles. Why would we pay you to customize your van? I don't know if it was the case, but it seemed like that was the situation.
Now, almost a year later, you have sent in multiple 1 star reviews on different sites. We did not "take advantage" of you. You seemed pretty happy with the van, even posting of it on Facebook. But now, it sounds like you regret your purchase or the price you paid, I am sorry to hear that. We had an agreement, it sounds like a year later, you regret that as well.

Standards are relative and rather subjective. We spend substantially more on reconditioning than the industry norm. The van was priced the way it was due to its condition at the time of sale. Its state and what you ended up wanting done were all subjective. If you regret what you paid, that same van, if I had it today, a year later, the price would be the same. It hasn't depreciated in a year, short of the miles that you have put on it.
We didn't owe you anything, yet, as a goodwill gesture, we offered you $550. You found that satisfactory at the time and it is an amount that should have covered all of your concerns. Now, almost a year later, you are unhappy with that agreement.
You knew what wheels were on the vehicle when you purchased it and what they looked like. You had predetermined to change the wheels and tires and upon receiving it, you did just that. To prolong the life of new tires, everyone should perform an alignment when new ones are installed, especially if the wheels were changed as well. We charge $170 for an alignment, it takes about an hour. On your road trip, you passed thousands of locations that could have performed an alignment while you ate or went for a walk. You are blaming us for something that is solely your fault. You were reasonable when we spoke, unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Everything i complained about was not shown. I asked about everything. Conviniently the pictures were taken at angles that didnt show the damages. In my 30 years of dealing with cars. Ive never heard alignment can change by putting it on the trailor to transport. Yes i replaced the wheels because the one on it looked bad. Yes i purchased blinds because the van didnt have them in the back. Which i asked about. And of course i did not go see it in person. Im in houston tx. Thats why i asked all the questions nessesary. Then the van arrives and the sales person doesnt work there anymore. I own a business. I would never treat a customer like that. I love the van now after spending so much more than needed. Imagine having a trip planned to florida and not having time to get it alignment. And its constantly pulling to the right. I buy alot of vehicles. None from out of town. Till this one and never again.

So its my fault you guys sold a un allighned vehicle? I sent pictures and i can post them. The sale guy even said he test drove it. Theres no way he did and not say anything. I changed only the rims and we balanced them as it should be. The alignment has nothing to do with that. Funny how when i was calling and messaging i would get a response 4 or 5 days later. But now i get messages daily. As for the blinds. Yes i bought them right away after our trip. I called 3 weeks every other day about the issues. Only to everytime someone will call you back.

Your not gonna do absolutely nothing anyways. I expressed all of this 2 days after i received it. I got text messages and everything to prove it. Pictures messages responses all of that is in my phone. I can send it if you would like. Alignment was bad off the transport trailor. Not before the new wheels. So much was bad and only the wheel Alignment is talked about. 4x4 button brocken. All the buttons from the front bezel were glued and not even done right. All im saying is i was misled about the condition. Trust me i asked about everything. I owned a 04 limited se at the time i purchased this one. Thats why i asked all the needed questions.
Blake was awesome to work with!

Living a distance away from the dealership, he took the time to make a video of the vehicle we were looking at, and followed up with a phone call asking if we had additional questions. Blake wasn't pushy, was very personable, respectful, and went to bat for us when negotiating pricing. When picking up the vehicle everything was in order as he said it would be, and the transaction went very smoothly.
