Our Salesman Blake Lewis was quick to sell us the car, but apparently that was all he was concerned about. We were missing a key, and he said he would call me Monday with an update. I waited 2 weeks befor but apparently that was all he was concerned about. We were missing a key, and he said he would call me Monday with an update. I waited 2 weeks before I followed up with him, and I still have not heard back. He did send me a text asking for a referral and or a good yelp review, so I know he was listening that day at Car Sales 101. The rest of the management team wasn't any better. Sales GM Kevin gave me some song and dance about how he would mail it to me that day, but come to find out, he didn't even have the key. What a joke. More

Blake Lewis was amazing! I was down in Anaheim for a sporting event with my child all the way from Sacramento. We had been looking for a specific car for our daughter up in o I was down in Anaheim for a sporting event with my child all the way from Sacramento. We had been looking for a specific car for our daughter up in our area for the last month or so and no luck. I happened to look online to see what dealers had in stock down in So Cal since I was there. Walter’s Audi had great inventory and that is where I came across Blake. He made it so easy for me. He was prompt in his communication and sent me a great overview video of the car so I didn’t need to come to the dealership. He handled everything virtually for me which was amazing since I was there with my daughter for a weekend long sporting event she was in. Blake wrapped up the deal and delivered the car to my hotel so I could drive it back to Sacramento. I was very impressed with how easy Blake and his team made it for me. It was a great experience overall and we are happy with our purchase and we have a very happy daughter! Thank you Blake! More
