To suggest that after less than three months of driving this vehicle, the reason I needed new tires was somehow my fault was unbelievable. What really shocked me was that instead of taking responsibility, they tried to “make me a deal” on three new tires. How about doing the right thing and putting safe, adequate tires on a vehicle before selling it in the first place?
A month ago, I even brought the car in and pointed out the missing rubber on one of the tires, only to be told it must have happened after I bought it — which I completely disagreed with.
In my opinion, this dealership is a headache waiting to happen. I was actually preparing to buy a brand-new car and planned to give them my business, but after this experience, I will never spend another penny there — and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone else does either.
Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place.

If you put 7,000 miles on the vehicle and after another 5,000 mile we stated you may need tires after putting a total of 12k miles on the car then it would be your responsibility. We did fix the curb wheel for free. Maintaining the vehicle is not also free. We would like to hear further from you and see what we can do to turn this experience around. Andrew, after further investigation, it appears you've neglected to leave out key information in your review. After the purchase of your vehicle you came back to us and asked to have your curbed wheel repaired that happened after the fact, a torn seat and a deeper clean of your vehicle, which we took care of you on. However, after owning the vehicle for 2 months, 7,000 miles were placed on it and we recommended that you have the tires changed in another 5,000 miles. We're uncertain there the change or miscommunication of our relationship has gone, however we are still wanting to work with you to turn this experience around. I spoke with your “management team” and was met with a condescending tone and completely unprofessional communication. No customer deserves to be addressed that way. If I wanted to be spoken to like that, I would have stayed in the military during boot camp.
If it truly mattered to you personally, you would address the issue yourself rather than passing it along.
At this point, I’ll let my wallet speak for me. I won’t return to your dealership, and I will avoid any Krause Auto Group dealerships moving forward.

I just left a tire shop who confirmed that that wear on the tires was absolutely NOT from being curbed. As I stated to that horrible salesman, there is no damage on the rim either. The salesmen trapped me, lied to my face, and stole my vehicle right out from under me. I was told I could walk away if I didn’t like the deal—yet when I refused their outrageous $760/month payment, they literally blocked me from leaving in my own truck. One of them even had the audacity to tell me: “Oh no sir, this is no longer your truck. You have two choices, and this isn’t one of them.”
Think about that: they tricked me into signing paperwork under the lie that it was “just to see if I qualified.” In reality, I unknowingly signed away my truck. They took advantage of the fact that I couldn’t read the fine print without my glasses. That’s not an accident—it’s a scam.
By the end, I was forced into a truck I didn’t want, with registration paperwork that doesn’t even match the VIN of the vehicle they gave me. That’s not just shady—that’s negligence, fraud, and a total lack of integrity.
This place is a den of snakes and sharks. The sales floor is full of vultures waiting to pounce, the advisors spit lies like venom, and the managers circle you like predators until you’re too cornered to fight back.
⚠️ Do not walk onto this lot. Do not trust a single word out of their mouths. Do not sign a single piece of paper.
If you value your money, your sanity, or your dignity—STAY FAR AWAY from Nissan Cape Coral.
They don’t care about customers. They don’t care about honesty. They only care about taking as much from you as they possibly can.
This guy was terrible a smartass and a punk. I've also done a review on cape coral Nissan website do not shop here or deal with this dealership because you will regret it
