I Called to talk to them about what was going on with jeep. They told me what was going on and the parts that need to be replaced. I asked them what the total would be to do repair never included price w jeep. They told me what was going on and the parts that need to be replaced. Was never informed that vehicle was ready to be picked up said they sent a text never received one I had to call to find out. And when I picked up the vehicle and paid my bill the price that I was told did not match the price that I was paying found out that was because it was not with labor included when talked about over the phone said it was approved through text message it was not. I took my vehicle in to get detailed and the did not detail it correctly. The day I dropped it off they didn't clean it nor did they call me to let me know if it was done. I called them the next morning inquiring about my vehicle, and they told me they would call me back so I decided to just drive out there and when I got there they told me the car was ready once I pulled off and got to the gas station that's when I noticed they just wiped the car down and it was a whole bunch of dirt steel left on the top of the car the tailgate the bottom of the car the little rust job I was very disappointed More
