Long process I want to start off by saying this is not a negative review, just my experience. My wife and I went there looking to buy a truck, since all the adver I want to start off by saying this is not a negative review, just my experience. My wife and I went there looking to buy a truck, since all the advertising states they will get you into what you want, we figured why not. I knew Bobby Bolen from my previous job. We are there a couple hours, and I got a call that my dad had unexpectedly passed away. They were very sympathetic and understanding. Due to a credit issue I had, they put me in a 2013 Escape. We didn’t get out of there until after 10pm, 6 long hours at the car lot, and their choice of beverages needs some expansion. We drove the car for a week and a half and then was told that the financing fell through but they had a back up plan. I ended up with an 09 Edge. Told them after the test drive one of the rear wheel bearings was shot. Nothing was said further about it. A week after getting it, the battery froze and busted open...$130. Bought the rear wheel bearings off eBay, $80. Pads and rotors were shot, $250. I have spent more than my car payment on repairs after 2 months of owning it. I think the service department needs some training on how to properly inspect incoming vehicles, the wheel bearing upon initial test drive would have been insanely noticeable. Should have been repaired before being offered for sale. Joe and Bob did as promised and got me financed. And I like the xxxx Edge. Just my experience there. More

Terrible Had issues from the moment I drove it off the lot. Service guy was friendly and sales man was great other than that I would most certainly Not recommend buying from them or auto brokers which are owned and operated by the same person. More
