He was friendly and fair, no run around. Many sales people say they will follow up and you never hear from them again. Friendly & Prompt Service I knew I wanted to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, but the price scared me. I searched online for a fair priced vehicle and realized there was one I knew I wanted to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, but the price scared me. I searched online for a fair priced vehicle and realized there was one right in my own neighborhood. We went to Bolles in Ellington on Monday, and by Thursday I owned my vehicle. The price was thousands less than KBB, and it still had all the bells and whistles I wanted. Bob Dimanno was so friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and very efficient with paper work. Ken Keaveny got me a loan rate that was a full percentage lower than my last loan, and he had the paperwork done in a snap. In addition, I had been in a rental for three weeks, paying out-of-pocket. Ken knew how badly I needed to get out of the rental, so he worked it out so that Bolles provided me a loaner vehicle, "on-the-house", while my new vehicle was being serviced and registered! Now-a-days, I tell everyone I can about the wonderful service I received at Bolles, and I look forward to getting my regular vehicle servicing done with them. Carrie R. Somers, CT More
