Just an overall very good experience. Chad worked with me a lot to get me into that new truck and Bob my salesman was very helpful in finding the right truck for me. Im not sure what I would tell someone about my experience at Hurry Browns. When I came in to look at the vehicle, Bob went back to another couple and left me alone and didnt have anyone else assist me. I at Hurry Browns. I test drove the vehicle by myself and did my own research as to how the lights, bells and whistles worked. Then I got to sit down with Heidi to toss around some numbers but was sidetracked into signing almost every paper she had. I felt rushed and a little under appreciated. But the price was right and we needed the vehicle. So I guess what you want is for me to say that I will be back to Harry Browns. Honestly I cant say that I would right now. I basically sold myself the vehicle. More

Overall experience was good, but not great. When I requested an online trade in quote, not only was I not provided with a value but was contacted by means other than the preferred method selected. If additional information or another contact method is required to obtain a trade in estimate, why offer it online. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle, its second set of keys could not be located and the aftermarket floor mats purchased with the vehicle had been removed and sold to another customer. Now I must return to have the second keyless entry remote programmed and to obtain the floor mats purchased with the vehicle. Not a huge deal but an inconvenience as I am not close to the dealership. Price was good but not great. The vehicle was advertised at one price on the dealership website but was several thousand more when I visited the next day, apparently due to a mistake. The internet price was not honored. Furthermore, I was not given even the average trade in value for my vehicle. The reasons for my purchase were possession of the vehicle I was interested in, year end factory rebates, and friendly and cooperative staff. Everyone at the dealership has been very helpful and I am very satisfied with my new vehicle! More
