I will start out by saying that I have stopped using this dealer over a year ago because their service center happens to be the worst service center in all of Florida. I can attest to this because I have I a dealer over a year ago because their service center happens to be the worst service center in all of Florida. I can attest to this because I have I am a truck driver. I use my truck as a hot shot and I have gone to other dealers to get service done and I am treated with way more respect and service is always done 10 times better I’ll go ahead and give you a brief rundown on my service this time I have stopped using a Rigo for easy maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fuel filter replacement replacements. I do this myself. It’s very easy to do however I got the $99 coupon in the mail. I wanted to save myself some time on the weekend. I went ahead and brought my truck in very obvious to the fact that I know I have had many problems at this dealer in the past, though, I go ahead I bring my truck in. I get my oil change done $99. They honor the coupon in future mind you if you are coming in with a coupon from Arrigo make sure you mention to it before they start your work. This is another problem. I had one time I brought in the coupon. I didn’t mention it to them before they started at work. They were not going to honor it because I had not mentioned to it prior. Well, they went ahead and did my oil change. My oil change went fine. I did not do this survey. I waited because I know better. Two weeks later my coolant light comes out saying I am low on coolant. I go ahead and pull over I open my hood. I take a look at my coolant reservoir. The cap is missing. The cap was laying right on the water track for the windshield wipers so I’ve been driving around for two weeks with my reservoir cap for my coolant on my water well for where my wipers glow and my coolant just evaporated. I have no words for the incompetence of this place I’m sick of a Rigo. I purchased a $97,000 truck there yet they treat me like I purchased a $500 Dodge stratus every time I go into the dealership good luck I heard you guys got bought out . It eas much better than last few times. However, an oil change should not take more then an hour to complete, and if you buy a vehicle from a location they should be able to look up the vin However, an oil change should not take more then an hour to complete, and if you buy a vehicle from a location they should be able to look up the vin in the system and order parts for a recall ahead of having to bring it in to say yep you need those parts came back again after we order them. It waists everyone's time More
