The first time we came, we haggled the price but nothing came of it. 4 days later, Harish 'Sunny' Ahuja 'hunted' us down and gave us an exceptional deal on the vehicle. I promised him that he will see me again. I made contact with Sunny on Sept 25th, we fixed an appointment and he was looking forward to seeing me but I could not make it. I did not even have the courtesy of letting him know. When I called him back, he did not mention it he just asked if I was okay and if he could be of any assistance. I walked in casually on Oct 3rd, 2015, just to see what he could do for me. He was very cordial and warm as usual, he asked me what I wanted in a car and I told him. He asked me what I wanted to do in terms of finances and I told him. As I spoke, he was scribbling things down. He stepped away his desk and within minutes ( yes minutes) we were looking at the car in their vast warehouse. He asked me if I liked the car and I said yes and we went back down to talk numbers. He introduced me to Bod Hadges who I remember from the year before and the process started. I only went in to see what my options could be but then I left that day with signed documents. The deal had been sealed and I went back to pick the car on Monday Oct 5. If you are looking for a dealership with the ultimate car buying experience, Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree is your dealer. I am saying this having dealt with many dealerships already. The experience you get is not of someone being robbed or forced into a deal that is not suitable for you. You go with a number in your head, give it to them and watch the work on your behalf. Sunny Ahuja is your man any day because he goes above and beyond the cope of just selling a car to you. He shows you he cares about your well being. He was thorough with explaining all aspects of the deal and when I showed up to pick my car, he took his time to perform demo with the car so that I maximized the options available to me. This was truly an exceptional car buying experience. More

He had all the answers to my questions and never pressured me. Bob Hadges from finance worked with me to get a business loan and was very informative throughout the whole process. It was a little different than buying a personal car because there were other documents I had to present for the business and Bob was very patient and helpful getting the process done. We were waiting for the title to come in and Jordan was on vacation when it did arrive. Ruben Bourguignon delivered the vehicle to me and acted as if he was my sales person all along. I never felt passed along or "falling through the cracks". Thanks Guys. More

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the whole process, and they got my family and I into the vehicle we wanted, and quickly. It was about as stress free (minus the children I brought) and enjoyable experience as I could have hoped for with buying a new car. All three were quick to respond anytime I called or emailed with a question, and they each went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the process. I know the dealership prides itself on creating a welcoming "family" atmosphere, and that is definitely what I experienced. The truck I'm driving now only has a few more years left, and I now know where I will be going when the time comes for a new one. Keep up the good work. More
