I have been using them since 2019, and I have brought my
car there for the same reason three times over the last year. $189 each time, and every time they said it was fixed. It kept overheating. Then finall

Then finally, someone took the time to look and say the problem all along was the reservoir and the three hoses. So, another $1500, plus all the other money that did not fix the problem. It's sad. Over 3000 dollars. I am disappointed, but again, there's nothing you can do. I trusted y'all, and I got tricked into spending unnecessary money. I feel take advantage off.

I have expressed my concerns several times and left messages, but no one has ever reached back out. I tried to express my concerns without being loud and rude to the team. Money wasted, for something that should have been caught the first time. It's sad because people need their cars, and we trust people with the expectation that it will be done correctly. I come to the dealership for that trust. I pay and don't complain because of that trust, but to only find I have been deceived
Service was good.
My service rep, Jeff, was nice and helpful. My car is running great. The wait time was about 2.5 hrs but not surprising for a Sat.

Nothing was done to my car. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday and when I came in I was told they only do “small stuff “ like oil changes on the weekend. Rescheduled for Tuesday and nothing was done to my car but was told to come back the next day. And I’d be “good”. Came back and nothing was done again. Like it literally sat in the parking lot for another day. When I asked why and when something would be done he said he needed to speak to his manager. So I called everyday to try to speak to the manager and have left a message for him to call back and the manager hasn’t even. This place lacks communication and doesn’t like to honor the warranty that has been giving. So my next step is contacting GM since the service manager is mia.
