Unfortunately, a technician handling one of the recalls was not present to fix the problem and I had to wait for over an hour before an Uber was called for me to leave the car at the dealership and It wast was not present to fix the problem and I had to wait for over an hour before an Uber was called for me to leave the car at the dealership and It wasted a lot of my time. Additionally, when asked if the dealership can install all the latest software available for my Chevy Equinox EV, I was given a straight no without checking and knowing there were definite software updates pending, the dealership refused to install any software updates for my car. The service was overall very slow and the dealership did not respect the customer's time. More
