It started on the day when we reached out to the dealership to look at the advertised vehicle and we were taken care of by Alex right away and left with a piece of mind that we will have our vehicle in a few weeks ( unlike other local dealerships). Today he offered me a lot of his time to make sure I leave knowing everything about my new car, making sure all the functions are working. Very polite and helpful in Sales and was able to locate a RAV4 Hybrid that was on a boat and headed to the dealership. Once it arrived we negotiated an agreeable price for the lease.
