Always a pleasant experience! I have dealt with Motion Kia for the purchase of my last several vehicles. They are always welcoming and pleasant to deal with. My most recent purch I have dealt with Motion Kia for the purchase of my last several vehicles. They are always welcoming and pleasant to deal with. My most recent purchase was the brand new Kia Telluride SX. Everyone there was awesome. Mike was extremely helpful in getting me financing to fit my needs and Bob Nunn sent me regular updates while I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive from production. Bob even sat with me for almost an hour going over EVERY detail of my vehicle. I will ALWAYS purchase my vehicles from Motion Kia. More

Best car buying experience! If I could give more stars, I would! I was referred to Bob Lizanich in 2014 when I bought my very first brand new Kia Forte. He made me feel so confid If I could give more stars, I would! I was referred to Bob Lizanich in 2014 when I bought my very first brand new Kia Forte. He made me feel so confident and relaxed about buying my first car. He answered every question I had and I left happy. Fast forward to today and Steve Mattison has helped me so much and in the same way Bob did. I left the dealership with my second car and even more of a loyalty to Motion Kia. The staff is super courteous and they truly care about their customers. I am truly blessed to be apart of the Motion Kia family! More

Fantastic car buying experience! I went to route 46 Hyundai as a 3 x Hyundai owner thinking they would give me a reasonable deal on a Tuscan . Didn't happen. Knowing the Sportage rat I went to route 46 Hyundai as a 3 x Hyundai owner thinking they would give me a reasonable deal on a Tuscan . Didn't happen. Knowing the Sportage rated higher than than Tuscan I went to motion Kia and met Bob. Bob was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was working with a friend not a salesman. I drove out of motion Kia in a beautiful Kia Sportage! I will tell everybody to go to motion Kia and speak to Bob! And to stay away from Hyundai! More

Poor customer service Previously, my husband had purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid and I leased a Forte. Both times the experience was great. This newest purchase was horrible. Previously, my husband had purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid and I leased a Forte. Both times the experience was great. This newest purchase was horrible. Sales consultant, Arnel, was less than knowledgeable. Did not ask us the proper questions to make this sale perfect. Sales Manager , Mike Schopperth was initially nice, but turned out to be rude and arrogant on the phone. After hanging up on me, I contacted the General Mgr. Bob Lizanich who was apologetic but really offered us nothing. As of today, we still have no registration on this car which I was told was due to Motion Kia not providing the correct paperwork. This car was purchased on October 16! In addition, the sales consultant did not put the inspection sticker in the window and I was told that I should make another trip down to the dealership. This is inexcusable and poor customer service. The only bright spot is the ServiceMgr. Sita Goss and the Finance Mgr, Orlando Sanchez. I will think twice before purchasing from this dealership in the future. More
