Appointment was made ahead of time. I came in and my paperwork was delayed for a very weird reason. A person who came in later than I was taken as a priority while I spent there 4 hours I came in and my paperwork was delayed for a very weird reason. A person who came in later than I was taken as a priority while I spent there 4 hours. The team puts the blame on each other without resolving issues. When asked why another person was prioritized, they could not answer. Also, I was asked to leave and could simply chose not to buy this car. There are more details but no need to waste time. Everything will be the same. Would I buy Volvo and go to Lisle car dealership again? No, definitely would avoid. Will I recommend, definitely no. More

It was a real pleasure doing business with Allen. We began negotiations for the vehicle in January after I'd spotted it on the True Car's website. We were shopping completely remote cruising the on our boat but were planning on arriving into Florida around April 1st, and started shopping for the vehicle early because we knew it would be hard to find the exact model we were looking for. Thanks to Volvo of Lisle for their backup assistance. I really enjoyed the entire car buying process. Allen was always low pressure and completely honest from the beginning. It was refreshing to deal with a dealership that seemed truly concerned with pleasing their customers. We can't thank you enough for such a pleasant car buying experience. More
