Was easy to schedule service appointment over the phone. The rep. gave me date and time of my choice. When I arrived the service rep OTT got all my information and helped me a ride back home. I like that they send texts of the status of the service and they are pretty accurate in quoting the time it will take to service your car. I also liked the service rep Bob. I received a recall letter from Honda to address rack & pinion steering concerns, and Bob Ott in the Service Department took care of me. He was 100% professional, highly personable, and within one hour the pinion steering concerns, and Bob Ott in the Service Department took care of me. He was 100% professional, highly personable, and within one hour the tests on my 2024 Honda Civic "EX" Sedan were completed and I was good-to-go! Bob took the time to escort me to the waiting room, showed me where to get a free cup of coffee, and came to get me when the tests where finished. Then, he walked me over to the Service desk so I could reclaim my key fob & get a copy of my test results. More
