Worked out a great deal with Bobby on a new 2019 Altima SR 2.0 Very disappointed in the condition it was delivered. Was not properly detailed. After blowing up over it to Bobby, Frank, and Mike in service, I went to lunch and returned to a properly detailed vehicle. Overall good experience. I went in to buy a 2017 Nissan Altima. There service guy Bobby was good. We sat and went over numbers to finalize my deal. Bobby told me that he would have the financial manager correct the payment amount. Then we get over to singing my life away. The young lady had good energy. Everything was fine until we got to sign for the payment. The payment amount was incorrect. I stated that the lady and she got instantly upset. She showed me the paper that I had agreed on when it came to the payment. I informed her that Bobby was supposed to have that fixed. She stated that she had nothing to do with it. She then asked me what was the interest rate of my pre approval. I told her and she said that what they offered was lower than the pre approval. She then said if we make the change we will have to change the current offer to the pre approval offer. She then called Bobby and he said that he was call the manager. She said I WILL CALL HIM!! and stormed out. When she came back she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. She said that in order to get what I had agreed on in the first place was to give them 2 reviews and I would get the deal. I told her the paper that I signed in the first place for the payment was what I agreed to. So she started throwing the papers across the table for me to sign the last few papers. She sad congratulation on your purchase and we walked out her office. Bobby didn't want to show my wife how anything in the car worked, because they were ready to leave. My wife likes her car!! More
