Friendly yet Deadly In sum, the dealership was filled with very charismatic, friendly people, but all the details related to car were misrepresented to make a sale. I wa In sum, the dealership was filled with very charismatic, friendly people, but all the details related to car were misrepresented to make a sale. I was told one thing from one person before signing the contract. Was told something else while signing the contract and yet something totally different AFTER the deal was made. It is not a case of buyers remorse but false promises being made to sale a car. "The contract has to be mailed to you. Its our policy." But of course, it is your word against theirs. I was told I could have things before the deal was signed, but after the deal was done, all those promises were null and void. One sales person tried to "appease" me by at least "giving" ( I did pay for it) one thing they promised, but that was AFTER I called several days to remind them of it. I was given a loaner car that smelled of cigarette smoke and it was not clean. Was told the car I was coerce into buying would be ready in one day, ended up waiting 4 days to get it. Although they talked to me and smiled, they did not provided me with honesty. They talked over my head and belittled me. Question? Why do do the Sales managers sit in a balcony style sitting area. Is it to look down at the customers? They were friendly, but if you do not know anything about cars, look out, they are not there to help you get the best deal, but (some of the sales people, not all) to give you the run around and make false promises. They felt justified in doing so, after all, " It is not a non-profit business." So buyers beware! In all fairness, I don't think they would try this tactic with all costumers, just the ones that truly relied on the sales consultant to showcase the vehicle because they do not have prior knowledge of it. If you are armed with tons of information and KNOW what you are looking at, I think you would be okay. But if you do not KNOW much, they fill in the gaps with misinformation. I am almost scared to get any services done at the dealership for fear they will continue to give me the run around. I was not going to write a review, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through such an experience. I do appreciate Rashod E. Turner for getting me one of the things that was promised to me BEFORE I signed the contract. Thank you Rodney Wilson for properly greeting us, I am just disappointed that the greeting was followed by false promises and miscommunication. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! I walked into the showroom floor on a Tuesday to ONLY view the interior space of the SUV I had viewed online. The salesman so very pleasant and super I walked into the showroom floor on a Tuesday to ONLY view the interior space of the SUV I had viewed online. The salesman so very pleasant and super friendly. By the following day, I owned a NEW SUV from here and I love it. I had recently viewed another style SUV at a dealership in Pascagoula (was so NOT impressed) and the difference was like night an day. I had a prior experience with Jason Pilger salesman vie phone, that was not good. But the service and willingness this time all made up for that one bad apple. I have to say they went above an beyond the call of duty to make the purchase what I needed it to be and then some. I would HIGHLY recommend Jason Pilger Dealership for your next car purchase. I will be back to do business again. Thanks to everyone!!!!! More

Satisfied Customer I had a great experience overall. My glove compartment has a little malfunction one of the latches is messed up. I called Jason Pilger Hyundai back and they got my car in tomorrow to fix the problem. Marc is a down to earth guy, and gets straight to the point no xx which is good. I felt like he wasn't wasting my time and I wasn't wasting him. If you are looking for a car, I would recommend Marc! More
