My purchase of my "NEW" Toyota Camry at Preston , well to sum it up was GREAT!. My salesmen (Edward Desantis) and Kevin Preston were awesome guys. I'm sure you wont be disappoint with your experience. I would also like to add that not only has or was the sales experience GREAT the service department as well as the Detail department are just as equally AMAZING! Nothing better than getting fair deal at the time of the purchase but also having a dealer that ULTIMATELY is what can only be described as a FULL SERVICE dealer both during and after the SALE! More

This is the second vehicle I have got at Preston Toyota in New Castle. Both experiences have been wonderful. Being able to work out many details (estimated pricing, vehicles available, ect) over the phon in New Castle. Both experiences have been wonderful. I was surfing the net for a 2012 Prius and filled out a form for the Preston dealership and the next morning, Danny called and we set up an appointment to have my car appraised. I went up that afternoon and, although Danny was busy, Tom and Bobby helped me and made me an offer I couldn't refuse on the Prius I had in mind. They went the extra mile to get me the color and type I wanted. The price was right and the service plan was great. I would definitely go back and would recommend Preston to anyone. More

From someone who has a fear of dealerships and car salespersons, I was thoroughly impressed by my experience @ Preston. Brandon was very attentive to what we wanted, he never tried to steer us in a di salespersons, I was thoroughly impressed by my experience @ Preston. Brandon was very attentive to what we wanted, he never tried to steer us in a different direction. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer all our questions. We never felt any pressure from Brandon or Bob, or anyone for that matter, which I have felt at other dealerships. In the end, Brandon and Bob were able to offer us a pleasing offer, which was all pain free. In all, our experience was pain-free&stress-free, even w/2 kids in tow w/us, they were very friendly and accomodating, I would certainly recommend Preston to anyone searching for new/used vehicle and will certainly return when searching for our next vehicle. More

We visited this dealership to purchase a new Camry Hybrid. In fact, we drove nearly an hour to get there, passing a local Toyota dealership (three miles from our house)where we have had numerous bad Hybrid. Danny and Bobby were friendly, easy to work with, and the sale went smoothly. (Except for the part about waiting to get the color my husband wanted; not the dealer's fault.) We will definitely return, when it's time to trade in my Highlander. More
