A bit over-priced. $185/hr for labor? Give me a break. Only my lawyer makes more, & I can’t afford him anymore. Why not charge us for the electricity for the tools & the mechanic’s coffee! Anything but Lexus! It’s not so bad / you got 5 stars for friendliness / but next time I need a friend, I’ll see a psychiatrist - they’re cheaper & I’ll need my head examined anyway in case I get the urge to come in to this deeler for an oil change for this car. Gotta run now to post this on FB, LinkedIn, & Twitter. More

Great service, attentive staff I brought my Lexus 350 in for its 60k service. As usual I was greeted by the receiving staff with courtesy. I then was greeted by my service advisor Joel Veriguete at the door. Joel is a very knowledgeable, professional person who always greets me with a smile and handshake. Conducting business with him and the staff at Lexus of Englewood is a pleasure. Joel Veriguete kept me advised as to the state of my vehicle as I was waiting for it in the comfortable waiting area. I travel a little longer to do business with Joel and the pleasant folks at Englewood. More

Bobby, salesman is incredible..the most helpful I have ever Bobby was really very helpful and sensitive to my time restriction.
