My experience with Range Rover began with the former management which allows me to understand the negative reviews I see. However, the new management has completely turned the car buying/maintaining exp management which allows me to understand the negative reviews I see. However, the new management has completely turned the car buying/maintaining experience around from top to bottom. My previous experience was so terrible and everything was handled so poorly. However, the new manager clearly wants excellence at every corner and he achieves that. The staff has had many changes which have resulted in consistently kind, helpful, timely responses and handling of any and all issues. When I first purchased my car, I was ready to tell people to go anywhere but here. However, now I encourage anyone I know to try out Range Rover Sudbury. I had a very unique situation and it was handled perfectly by management. Mike Knox is a genuine, compassionate, and hardworking manager who wants you to have the best possible experience. He spoke to me the way you’d speak to someone you care about. It was more than a sale to him. When making such a large, expensive purchase, you want to go somewhere that they understand the weight of the purchase and have your best interest in mind, not just theirs.
