I went in with a vehicle in mind, and an amount i want to pay. I also had a more realistic amount in mind as well. The original vehicle i was interested in I passed on. This was one of the best dealership experiences i had. Bowen was laidback, not pushy, had a good personality. I had experiences where all they cared about was commission. Never had that feeling here. Once a vehicle was picked, i worked with the finance dept. I dealt with a gentleman first. (forgot name) he was also very pleasant and explained everything. When i went back to finalize things, i worked with Leslie. Once again very friendly, pleasant, explained everything and what my options were.
