I went to get an oil change, didn’t expect to be there for about 4 hours. I was over an hour late to work, luckily my management is lenient and was okay with it, cause I messaged them when I was there for for about 4 hours. Was there from 1:40-5:50 almost 6, we asked for an update numerous times and no one told us anything. I got the message on my phone that my car was ready to be picked up, I left the waiting room just to wait another 20 almost 30 minutes for my car I wasn’t given a time frame for how long I was going to be waiting. Although, staff was very nice, just took longer than expected. More
