Love our new VW Tiguan! Brad, the sales person, was great, and the dealership treated us great. The issue we have was with one of the sales managers, who said he could match any APR our lending institu great, and the dealership treated us great. The issue we have was with one of the sales managers, who said he could match any APR our lending institution offered. But when we got to signing paperwork several weeks later, a different sales manger hassled us and they couldn't match it. We were unable to contact our loan officer since it was Saturday, so we were going to return later in the week, after contacting our lender. The sales manager told us to sign it at your higher APR and then refinance it in a month or two. But when we were ready to leave, he did give us a slightly better APR rate than our lender. More
