Awesome Dealership! My Kia Sportage went on a fritz by sending out a yellow engine light with a loss of power. I Love This Dealership & I Will Not Hesitate To Brag About It, Because They Are Deserving Of It!!!! More

Took my car in due to rod knock. I was told that my car was a quart low on oil and that it was black. Wasn't even close to being the truth, I just changed the oil within a couple hun I was told that my car was a quart low on oil and that it was black. Wasn't even close to being the truth, I just changed the oil within a couple hundred miles. When I said something about that all I got was there was sludge build up in the engine, which by going I line is a common issue with Kia vehicles that I wish I would have know before purchasing this $50k Sorento. After the lie about the oil, the warranty was denied(only have 70k miles on the car) the claim. I tried talking to a manager about it but kias service manager was on vacation so I was supposedly transferred to Nissans service manager who after taking to him, he admitted that it was actually Brad at Kia who lied to me again. They had the car towed and it took me getting the police involved to find out where my car was. Was told that it was repossessed, which isn't even close to the truth because there's not a single payment that was missed on it, so another lie. After finally finding my car, I had it towed back to my house, when the tow driver got it there, he showed me where there was a rock wedged between my wheel and caliper, I had to remove the wheel to get it out. Guess when you call them out on their lies they try to sabotage your vehicle. Now I'm dealing with the warranty company trying to fix the lies they've been told. I would steer clear of Youngblood, I've heard nothing but negative things about them since this process started. I've had several people tell me to not go there after the fact and to definitely not let Brad anywhere near the car. My car will go to a different state before going back to them. Sad, because I was thinking about trading it in an their new electric car, won't happen at this dealer, ever. Also, it took a voice mail to John to get any response from anyone there, John couldn't even call me back. I finally got my key fob back, and I told the guy at the front desk that I didn't want to go back in the service area because it wouldn't have been pretty, was lied to to many times, and he told Brad that I was there and that I didn't like him and I couldn't make it out, but he yelled something, which is why I didn't need to go back there. More

I took my Kia Sportage in to fix the driver's side window. I was not only treated fairly, but was in and out quickly. I had an awesome experience with Kayleigh Terry who even help lift a troubled spot window. I was not only treated fairly, but was in and out quickly. I've been bringing my vehicle to John Youngblood Kia in Springfield, MO for nearly 3yrs now. I had scheduled an appointment for this coming Thursday. I was concerned about an issue I was having with my Kia Springfield, MO for nearly 3yrs now. I had scheduled an appointment for this coming Thursday. I was concerned about an issue I was having with my Kia Sportage and asked Brad Duggins if I could bring it in any earlier. He offered me an opportunity to drop it off with a shuttle ride back & forth which I took him up on. Brad Duggins is the Perfect Example of A Service Advisor. He took command of the situation & again by Far EXCEEDED my expectations. 5 stars is a week score. 100 stars is more like it! If you own a Kia and are taking it elsewhere.... Shame on you! These guys are the Absolute Best at what they do. Thank You Brad, You truly are the best. More

This review is for the Parts Department! Customer service rating 1 I have been trying to get my KIA Sportage drivers window working. First I thought it might be the control panel on the a Customer service rating 1 I have been trying to get my KIA Sportage drivers window working. First I thought it might be the control panel on the arm rest. The one with the buttons, when ordered and picked up from the parts department I was told "no return on electronic parts". I understood that 100% , well that was not the problem so it was a $150.00 expense. Next was the motor after looking around, I decided to go with Youngblood parts knowing I would get the correct motor. Ordered it on the phone for $200.00, I was ok with that. When I picked up the motor I talked with the parts person about what I was doing and what to do if this motor was not the fix. I was told there would be a restocking charge, of which I was ok with. Its better than sitting on a brand new motor. Well come to find out it was not the $200.00 motor but a $1.00 fuse. Stupid me! So yesterday my wife went to Springfield to return the motor only to find out they were not going to take it back because it was "used". We did put a small hole in the plastic bag to plug the motor in to see if it worked and it did not. The service department told my wife because it was "used" they would not be able to take it back. This is the reason for my review. Very poor customer concern. Makes you wonder if their service department tries a part and ends up not needing it are you getting charged for a new part or used part. Something to think about. Any body need a brand new motor for KIA Sportage? will make good deal More
