Brad made our process so easy and went out of his way to find the exact car that I wanted. Everything was handled over the phone, he answered all the questions we had, took all the information and had the c find the exact car that I wanted. Rather than sit in a dealership for a few hours we were there for about 30, including test drive. He also made us feel like we weren’t completely alone if something went wrong with the car or we had questions. More
