Eddie was the man when I purchased my new truck. No frills. Not worried about "getting taken advantage of." He was just honest and upfront. blue warranty 12 weeks 4000 miles. took newly bought auto in, 9 weeks later, at end of warranty i get it back,. STILL MAKING POPPING NOISE. Before making the 6-hour drive from Michigan, I called to confirm the truck was still available. I spoke with the used car manager, Keith, who informed me they would no longer honor our agreement because “someone else” was in the store ready to buy it. To make matters worse, Keith lied and told my salesman, Tray, that I refused to put a deposit down or sign papers — a complete fabrication. The only reason I was driving down on Friday, June 27, 2025, was because I had every intention of purchasing the truck after I took the truck to a mechanic to verify it was in good condition. Then, just to squeeze more money out of interested buyers, they jacked up the price from $17,700 to $19,574, claiming it was due to “increased interest.” This place doesn’t just lack professionalism — it lacks integrity. They don’t stand by their word, they lie to customers and their own employees, and they’ll burn anyone to make an extra buck. Avoid this place at all costs. They are the definition of shady. Spend your money with a dealership that actually respects its customers and employees. More
