My representative, Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was straight forward with what was needed to be done in fixing my JK Wrangler and did everything in his power to make the unfortunate sit helpful. Also this is the second time I have been in the dealership in the past few months and the last time I had Derek as a representative and that and that too was a good experience although pricing for both issues was off the chain but both Representatives were willing to go the extra mile to accommodate me with the issue. Two cars in two days My daughter was looking for a car to replace her 2012 Chrysler 200. We were met by Antonio Davis who was great. He lead her through the process and helped her get just what she wanted, Antonio Davis was such a good salesman that I came back the next day and traded my Patriot in on a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I am very happy and Antonio worked to get me a great deal. I hope that if I ever need another vehicle that Antonio Davis is still at Five Star. Service Department is not Trained or not telling the truth My name is Richard Kelley, I took my 2016 Dodge Ram in for its first service on Monday August 29th. Along with the service I had a spot on the rear My name is Richard Kelley, I took my 2016 Dodge Ram in for its first service on Monday August 29th. Along with the service I had a spot on the rear seat Drivers side and they did take care of that and its gone. Thank you Detail Department. As for the Oil Change and Tire Rotation it was a total diffrence service from the Service Department. When I left Five Star I had a Doctor appointment and on the way to it the LOW OIL PRESSURE Light came on and the alarm went off I went to the Vehicle Information button and it showed 3 pounds of Oil Pressure and it went up to 9 pounds, When I finished the Dr appointment I went back to Five Star and got in touch with the Service Manager in the Main Building, he went right to work came out to my vehcile and drove it to the back to see what the problem was. The Service Manager came back and side that it was 1 1/2 Quarts of Oil low and they had taken care of it and reset the Engin Light which had came on. Wer shook hands and I left. After I got home I checked the Tire Pressure because the drivers side rear tire has read 2 pounds lower than the rest of my tires. Prior to going to Five Star I had marked the inside of that tire, Guess what the drivers side rear tire was still 2 pounds less than the other three, and the mark is still on that tire. So no Tire rotation was done. Sad to say I hope things gets better in the service department or will I be sorry I bought my vehicle there that I really like. More

Bad service for people who protect in serve. Service department are liars and provide unneeded service at high costs and admits to looking for excuses to void warranties. This came out of the mouth of the head service manager himself. After having 5 recalls on my vehicle, service department insisted I needed maintnence on my vehicles after repersentive misguided me into paying for 900$ worth of services. I asked for proof of confirmation for services he claimed he couldnt give it to me then and they would keep my vehicle until I up the money I had no attentions of paying. I advise you to get a second opinion from a reliable HONEST mechanic before dealing with this particular branch. More
