Excited that we upgraded our 2022 Palisade SEL to a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy from Jenkins. Our sales rep was Brad Kiddy both times. Would definitely recommend both Jenkins & Brad to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Looking forward to buying again in the future. While I was in the dealership it was great and my salesman did a fantastic job even after I purchased my car. After that it was terrible. I had some issues with my car within a week of driving it. I salesman did a fantastic job even after I purchased my car. After that it was terrible. I had some issues with my car within a week of driving it. I brought it back and Matt did a great job taking care of me in the dealer. They gave me a loaner and told me they would keep me updated. A week went by and heard from no one. I called to follow up twice and got the run around. Again called Brad he got me an update. They ended up having my car for 2 weeks and didn’t fix anything!! They said there were no broken parts to fix. You took 2 weeks to tell me that with no follow up!!! Than Robert saw one of the issues happen then try to say it was because the key wasn’t close enough what a joke that was. Worst of all I asked to speak to the GM of the dealer on 4 separate occasions and I even told them I would schedule and appointment to talk to him because I’m sure he’s busy, but no call from him at all. More

Sales were wonderful! Car horrible! Electrical problems. Brought back Monday “fixed” glitch in electrical system. Tuesday dead again. Towed to dealership at 4:45 Pm from 1 Car horrible!
