we bought our vehicle. But 3 weeks later we still had not received the title. We finally had to call and ask them why. We talked to several people over the day, and each person had a different excuse. One person actually told my husband that it would be there in time for us to license it. When I called them, I was told it would not be there in time for us to get it licensed from the same person. We asked to speak to the someone hire up. He didn’t know either. Told us he would look into it and call us back in a little while. 3 hours later still no call. We called back again and were told he left for the day. Come to find out the title was lost in the mail. Which is completely understandable. Problem we have is they knew a week before we called that it was actually lost in the mail. We ended up talking to 3 different people over the day before they finally told us the truth. Also since the vehicle was purchased out of state it still needed be inspected. And again we completely understand that. But when we purchased the vehicle no one told us. With no title in hand and not having very many days left to license it we are very frustrated and upset. They did promise to bring the title to us in time but at this point our trust in them is gone. Leaving us with only 4 days to get it done is very stressful. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from them. We will definitely will be going back to buying local. More

I flew in from Denver and was kindly picked up from the airport, where I was even greeted by a receptionist upon arrival. The vehicle itself was exactly as described and pictured online. I drove back to Denver a very happy new owner. I also want to personally thank the manager Brad for his exceptional service. I encountered some issues with a few missing parts, but Brad took care of everything promptly, even after the sale was finalized. Thank you for such a positive experience. More

I traded in a 2014 Dodge Challenger, Great car great engine very mechanically sound. And in return I purchased a 2017 Chevy Colorado. And within just a few days of driving it had transmission issues wit engine very mechanically sound. And in return I purchased a 2017 Chevy Colorado. And within just a few days of driving it had transmission issues with shifting really hard. And the radio constantly surfing channels. And all the dealership wants to do is do a diagnostic test on the tranny and only spend $150 and do nothing about the radio sad to say I will never will be returning to this dealership and I hope my comment will deter other customers from buying here. And also Ruthie was my person who contacted me first to come into the dealership on a Sunday to meet me and greet me for the test drive. And instead she decided she did not want to come into work that day when we had an appointment. She relied on another sales person named Chad which did a really good job on selling the vehicle. But then Chad unfortunately has a huge memory loss when it comes to agreeing to fix the truck when it came down to it All of a sudden he had amnesia when we talked about it on the phone when he agreed to fix everything. They said customer satisfaction is their priority and want their customers to come back but that is not the truth Good luck to anybody who purchases a car here. More
