We had a great experience buying a used car (really) from Angela Krause Ford. We got a very fair price in a crazy market and they did really take care of us. Andrew O'Sheilds is not an honest salesperson and his manager Kevin Cosnic isn't either. I bought Mach-E new that had defect on the first day they delayed getting it fix blaming on the parts shortage in manager Kevin Cosnic isn't either. I bought Mach-E new that had defect on the first day they delayed getting it fix blaming on the parts shortage in 2022 and now in 2023 they claim the warranty was decline when it was broken the first day. Both of them just try to avoid responsibility and pushing to Ford while Ford is saying is the dealership responsibility. Definitely not recommend or don't take your car if there is defect! More

The worse Ford dealership ever. Bought a new vehicle within 4 month the check engine light came on for a major repair. They took forever to get the vehicle in because they didn't wa Bought a new vehicle within 4 month the check engine light came on for a major repair. They took forever to get the vehicle in because they didn't want to provide a loaner vehicle but wanted to keep ours for a week. Wasted a week doing a driving test stating that it would fix the issue needless to say it didn't. A week after the check engine light came back on, took the vehicle back and had to have a whole catalytic converter replaced, they stated that it was fixed shouldn't have the check engine light come back on. Once again not true within a week in a half check engine light came back on for another major issue, took the vehicle back and they stated they fixed the issue. Every since that the vehicle is not the same, burning gas rapidly, runs harder. Mind you this was a brand new vehicle we purchased only 29miles and has had check engine light on 4 times and 2 major services done and only had it for 7 months now. Contacted corporate to request a buy back because it qualifies for a lemon and they denied the buy back and couldn't a legitimate reason why, but we know why we're brown skin period. Writing this review to warn people don't spend your hard earned money here, find a dealership that will appreciate you as a customer who keeps their business afloat, a dealership who is honest and caring this Ford dealership is not that. I have had a Ford for 3 years and have consistently driven past other dealerships to have it serviced here, although Ford is not the cheapest options. Matt Lane is, hands down the best service manager driven past other dealerships to have it serviced here, although Ford is not the cheapest options. Matt Lane is, hands down the best service manager I have ever seen, friendly, and clearly enjoys helping people in an efficient and quality manner. I've lived in 5 cities and multiple international countries with a lot of varied experiences with service departments in all car brands. Also have had a good experiences with Sean, who's also possesses that attention to detail. Thanks for the great service - I'd highly recommend. More
