The icing on the cake was the ease of signing the paperwork which literally took 5 minutes. I was used to waiting for hours at various dealerships for documents to be prepared and getting "sold". None of that here, a transparent, honest and fair process that offers flexibility, at a fair cost, and without a pushy sales person as I was used to. In my opinion there is no better way to buy or lease a car, the service is superb with a minimum of time spend to get it done! More

Review of D&M and Brad Torsch I used Brad and D&M because of the great service I received previously. Brad found the exact car I was looking for and had it delivered on the date pr I used Brad and D&M because of the great service I received previously. Brad found the exact car I was looking for and had it delivered on the date promised. There were some some small problems with the car that were not discovered until it was delivered in Houston (problem with the fob's). Brad gave me the option to leave the car with him and he would see to it that the problem was resolved or I could take the car and have a dealer here in Houston fix the problem. I chose to take the car and Sewell Cadillac resolved the problem. Brad has been excellent in following up with me to make sure that I had a good experience with D&M. He resolved every issue no matter how small. I will absolutely recommend D&M Leasing and Brad Torsch to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle! More
