On Monday, Brad Torsch contacted me to obtain more details regarding my car choice. On Tuesdsay Brad had located the car a 2014 Nissan Maxima in Dallas, he gave me the specifics and I put a deposit to have first choice on the car. On Thursday that same week Brad informed me that I didn't qualify for the lease, but that I could go the purchase route as an alternative, so he handed me off toe Leticia Velasquez. Leticia then contacted me and gave me the details that she needed to complete the paperwork, I obtained the required documents and emailed them to her. Leticia met me at a restaurant close to my house where I signed all the documents. Because it was Friday and the car was located in Dallas, she was unable to be delivered to me that day. The car was delivered to my house on Tuesday afternoon by Leticia personally. Never in all my life of buying cars have I had a buying experience that was so smooth and stress free. Kudos to Leticia and Brad for their hard work and great, friendly attitudes in helping us out. I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to working with D & M Auto in the future. More
