I had the worst service experience of my life at BMW. I brought my car in to have the engine motor mounts replaced, and immediately after driving off the lot, my engine light came on. My car was running I brought my car in to have the engine motor mounts replaced, and immediately after driving off the lot, my engine light came on. My car was running perfectly fine before the service. Instead of taking accountability, they denied any responsibility and tried to charge me an outrageous amount of money to “fix” the new problem. They kept my car for over four days with little to no communication. I repeatedly tried calling for updates, and no one returned my calls. When I finally did get in touch with someone, they were rude and dismissive. This experience was beyond frustrating and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before bringing their vehicle here for service. More

Horrible My experience at this dealership was horrible. I moved to the area about 1 yr ago and had my car serviced here multiple times. My lease was up and they refused to take my car back, instead forcing me to drive over 3 hours away and then figure out a way back. The employees there were nasty and in no way offered to help. More
