Great experience on this dealership and great service advisor Mr James,he took care of me snd my 911 after a horrible experience with The Collection Porsche in Coral Gables where my car was there for a m advisor Mr James,he took care of me snd my 911 after a horrible experience with The Collection Porsche in Coral Gables where my car was there for a month ,i got no loaner and the car broke down with the same issue 24 hours after getting it back from them,Mr James not only welcomed me as a new customer but listened to my issues about my 3 year old 911 cabriolet and patiently addressed and fixed every issue in 6 days,he provided me a loaner from day one and kept me up to date with the status of my car every 2 days,great service,great facility and great knowledgeable people working there,nothing to campare with the ignorant and lazy people at The Collection Porsche in Coral Gables were all they do is give you excuses,kudos to Champion Porsche for their service,i will be buying and servicing all my cars in Champion from now on and recommending this dealership to everybody More
