I purchased a Ram, 1500 Lonestar. The team is very good and very professional but we did have one hiccup. There was something mentioned about the tow package that turned out not to be on the truck as promi and very professional but we did have one hiccup. There was something mentioned about the tow package that turned out not to be on the truck as promised. Bradley Kerrigan, was reluctant at first, but did take on the task of following up and said that he would take care of me because even after the sale he still cares and wants to make sure I am satisfied and happy with everything. This leads to Bradley Kerrigan referring me to Casey Russell, wanting to hear from me first hand, what happened. He resolved the matter by saying if I was told by the salesman said the tow package was on the truck, it would only be right that they put it on there. They did agree to install the tow package which I felt was the right thing to do, but they charged me $100.00 for something. I agreed to pay the fee, but at this point didn't care to find out what it was for. I just want to resolve this and move on. I feel Bradley, and Clay went above and beyond to resolve this. All in all I feel they are very professional and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. I've been to other Dodge House and here they were very professional and the facilities made me feel more comfortable. At the Dodge House in Bonham the facilities were kind of nasty and run down. I feel they should be professional clean and look nice like they are here. I have found me a new home For My Dodge purchases. More

Everyone was super friendly! Experience was what I expected out of a car dealership. Long wait for 10 minutes of paperwork! I bought a vehicle today and had an overall GREAT experience. Bradley Kerrigan helped me out over the phone significantly since we live a few hours away. He answered ALL the questions I had - and too experience. Bradley Kerrigan helped me out over the phone significantly since we live a few hours away. He answered ALL the questions I had - and took the time to send extra pictures and a video of the vehicle as well. Randy O'Brien helped out tremendously once we got there and took great care of us. He even went above and beyond in resolving a hardware question on the truck that was extremely appreciated! A huge thanks to Paul Peters and Casey Russell as well for helping in making this an easy car buying experience.! Very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend these guys to anyone based off of my experience this week!!! More
