Best car buying experience I have ever had in 40+ years of purchasing 14 new cars! The brand-new dealership itself is beautiful and everyone from the receptionist to the sales staff to the parts departmen of purchasing 14 new cars! The brand-new dealership itself is beautiful and everyone from the receptionist to the sales staff to the parts department were always friendly and professional. My salesperson, Caleb Burst, was extremely helpful and patient as I tried various models and trims, and he always had a smile despite all of my numerous questions over the course of several days. He gets 6 stars out of 5! The sales process itself was simple and clear...and without 'add-on' extra pricing gimmicks. It did NOT involve multiple trips back and forth to "speak with the manager to see what we can do" while my wife and I waited and waited and waited like we experienced at two other local dealerships... The Paretti pricing was extraordinarily competitive and fair, both for my trade-in vehicle and the new one. Brady Hulsey, the General/Sales Manager expedited the paperwork quickly and without encouraging me to buy "extras" that I did not want. The "cherry on top" was from Ben, who sat with my wife and I in our new car and explained and demonstrated every feature available for almost an hour. I would not hesitate to suggest Paretti and Caleb to any of my friends and neighbors who were looking to purchase a new Mazda! More

Spencer Ragas, salesman, excellent. I flew into Lakefront; he brought the ‘23 Ram to the airport, where we closed the deal after clearing up the sales contract, and I drove the truck ho I flew into Lakefront; he brought the ‘23 Ram to the airport, where we closed the deal after clearing up the sales contract, and I drove the truck home to Alabama. There was a second key which he mailed the same week. The only issue is the VIN verification process and communication to finalize getting the tag. Overall, I would recommend Spencer and Paretti Mazda. More

Paretti Mazda of Covington made my recent purchase one of the best car purchases ever! My salesperson, Caleb was very knowledgeable of all the trim levels (and Mazda has a lot!). I never felt pressured in an the best car purchases ever! My salesperson, Caleb was very knowledgeable of all the trim levels (and Mazda has a lot!). I never felt pressured in any way. The managers Zach and Brady we also great to work with. I will say this about this dealership…people there help one another. They work as a team. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and there is so much competition and animosity amongst the sales team. I appear the respect I was shown at Paretti. Thank you so much! More
