Service Consultant Brandi Grower is rude and very unhelpful. Took my VW there for an oil change and to have a rattling noise in the door checked. After 4 hours, got a call that the car was ready. unhelpful. Took my VW there for an oil change and to have a rattling noise in the door checked. After 4 hours, got a call that the car was ready. Asked her if they found cause of the rattling noise, and she said they couldn't hear it! When I went to pick up the car, I could hear the noise as soon as I started the car. Went back inside and asked Brandi if a technician can sit in the car for one minute, so that I can point out the noise to them. She rudely told me that they don't have time for that. Told her I have driven 40 miles for this appointment and waited 4 hours, the least they can do is sit in the car for one minute. She said: "I might be able to come and listen to the noise myself, but you have to wait at least 30 minutes because there are other people waiting". When I pointed out that I have been waiting for 4 hours also and can't wait anymore, she gave me the same rude response and I decided to leave. More

Exceptional Help from Brandi Brandi was so very helpful with all my Volkswagen needs. From top to bottom and back.
