Car stalls out I bought a 2007 buick lacrosse and after 4 days it stalls out on me all the time I was told by my salesman that I have a 60 day 2000 mile warranty and I bought a 2007 buick lacrosse and after 4 days it stalls out on me all the time I was told by my salesman that I have a 60 day 2000 mile warranty and if anything goes wrong just to bring it back I did so only for the service department to tell me that is no warranty on my vehicle. And I call several times and no one jas the common courtesy to return my phone calls. More

Brandi was an extreme help! I USED TO BE IN THE AUTOBODY FIELD AND I WAS QUIET RELUCTANT TO TAKE MY TRUCK TO A DEALER. AFTER MEETING THE STAFF AT ROCKMONT COLLISION CENTER, MY MIND CHANGED. At first when I met Brandi and Jimmy they came off as very nice and concerned about my car but once you deal with them they act as if they are irritated with you. The young man and the young lady that w very nice and concerned about my car but once you deal with them they act as if they are irritated with you. The young man and the young lady that were working at the front desk were very nice and gave me a warm feeling but Brandi and Jimmy were the complete oppisite. My car came out fine but there were a few problems that I noticed right away. When I came to pick up my car, poor Meagan with her red face had a lobby full of customers and looked like she was completely stressed because the two managers were no where to be found. In my opinion the work came out ok but took entirely too long for minor work. Would never take my car here a again until it's under new management. The work was done back in June or July if I remember correctly. More
