Since my previous Service Advisor was moved up to another area, Brandon has been taken good care of my Nissan Rogue. He listens, he is patient, knows that I like a job well done and that I inspect my car bef area, Brandon has been taken good care of my Nissan Rogue. He listens, he is patient, knows that I like a job well done and that I inspect my car before driving away from the dealership. I have no problems with Brandon. But a note to the Service Department Management, please talk to the mechanics in the back and tell them that they really need to make sure to DO all the inspections points (as printed out on the invoice) before pulling the car up when "ready", so I don't have to send my car back or ask Brandon to help me with something that the mechanic suppose to do before parking my car in the front. Other than that, Brando Bristow is your guy if you need to bring your car for service. More
