I am sure anyone would have a similar perspective if they didn't get their car back with the oil caps screwed tightly.....2 of the last 3 visits... The way I found out? By seeing my car smoking while driving it, due to the oil that spilled ALL OVER the engine and everything around it. Not okay. I come to you as the manufacturers of my car, a car i financed through you guys, paid off years early, in hopes that you guys would MAINTAIN the condition of the car, as I am trying to. Not lock up my engine and total it. I have plenty of pictures to show the quality of your work, and why you received this rating. More
