Kyle was so nice from the moment he started to process our repair. It was late and at the end of the shift, but Kyle was so kind to write up the repair for the safety light and get it back to the mechanic our repair. I was disappointed with the service writer. I called her for a ride to be picked up and she told me it would be about 1 hour, no problem. Excellent service from the personnel with whom we had contact. They made every effort to have quick attention and service for an unexpected WARNING on our 2023 Traverse. We love that Traverse and were contact. They made every effort to have quick attention and service for an unexpected WARNING on our 2023 Traverse. We love that Traverse and were thrilled that it was a straightforward fix. The repair was for an electronic issue and was ready for us to pick it up by the next morning.
