When we arrived at the dealer, Mike "Salty" greeted us and had the Explorer upfront and ready for a t Brandon who answered all our questions online. Mike was outstanding, he discussed everything we needed to know, and we were able to complete the deal and drive our new vehicle home within a couple of hours!
